Organ Recital - Craig Williams

About Craig Williams

Craig Williams, West Point Organist, will perform a recital of favorite organ works and hymn settings on the landmark 1847 Ferris pipe organ in the Auditorium. The program will include the famous Toccata and Fugue in d minor by J.S. Bach and also other significant works by Bach and Mendelssohn. The program will also include festival hymn settings on "A Mighty Fortress" and "Now Thank We All Our God," in addition to settings by American composers on favorite patriotic songs - including "America the Beautiful," "My Country 'Tis of Thee," and the Star-Spangled Banner.

Mr. Williams holds degrees from Westminster Choir College, the Juilliard School, and the University of Southern California. He is currently active as a performer and administrator in the American Guild of Organists and has performed extensively around the United States and in Europe.
